2. Enrolment and Payments
- Enrolment is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- All fees are non-refundable unless the program is cancelled by ICC STEM.
- If you need to reschedule or withdraw, please contact us at least 7 days before the program start date.
3. Code of Conduct
- All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, peers, and equipment.
- ICC STEM reserves the right to remove a student from the program if their behaviour disrupts the learning environment or poses a safety risk.
4. Media Consent
We love capturing moments from our programs to showcase the fun and learning at ICC STEM. Your child may occasionally appear in ICC STEM-related media, such as photos or videos used for our website, social media, or promotional materials. We value the privacy of all our students, and if you would prefer your child not be included, you can opt out at any time by emailing us at info@iccstem.com.au or informing an instructor.
5. Liability
- While ICC STEM takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants, the organisation is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during programs.
- Parents or guardians are required to notify ICC STEM of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements their child may have before the program begins.
6. Program Changes
- ICC STEM reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, or locations if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
